Payment & Delivery
All items won must be paid in full within 7 days. Steps within ebay rules & regulations will be taken if no payment as been made within 7 days which may result in a non-paying bidder strike. Here at fast-pc we aim to dispatch all goods within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary. If there is any substantial changes to the delivery times you will be notified via email. Ebay terms & conditions allow businesses 7 days for dispatch. We will only deliver to the same address on your paypal account, no exceptions. Where no paypal account is active, delivery will be to the address on your ebay account. For large item purchases, Paypal customers must be Confirmed & Verified. No goods will be dispatched untill funds have cleared. Payments by cheque & crossed postal orders incure a 4 working day wait and payments by e-cheque/paypal direct debit can take upto 14 working days to clear. Buyers will be notified via email when items are due to be dispatched. Please refer to our Delivery section above for more details. All prices on our ebay site are exclusive and can differ to the prices on our website. Please do not ask us to price match. All items purchased via paypal are automatically covered for £500. We accept no responsibilty for items damaged in transit.
Items damaged in transit
Here at fast-pc we take the upmost care to ensure your items are packaged to a high standard and are received intact. However once the package as left our building its in the hands of the carrier and sometimes damages to the most secure items can occur. We realise this and ask you to please contact us ASAP if this happens with your package. We will then endeavour to replace your item or do a full refund at once. On occasions we may ask for photo evidence or that you return the damaged item back to us as evidence for insurance purposes. Any shipping charges incurred will be re-inbursed in full. With Large Items that are visibly damaged on receipt from carrier please sign the delievery note accordingly. All large items faulty thereafter require an RMA returns number. Please contact us for further advice. *Any Large items returned without an RMA number may be rejected by our returns team and be sent back to the customer.
Money back guarantee
If for any reason your item(s), components, case or any products you receive do not match the items described in the ebay item description you may return the item for replacement or a refund within 14days from the date on the stamp. Please keep this as evidence of receipt. Shipping charges are only refunded if we are at fault. All returned items must be in original packaging and include all extras and original documentation. All unwanted items returned without fault will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Items faulty within warranty – Large/Valuable items
All our Large items for sale come with their own individual warranties as specified on the ebay description page. The buyer is expected to pay any return shipping costs after the first 7 days of receipt. If any products or components during this time stops functioning as they should (not including errors from accidental damage, any software, operating system installed, overclocking, mis-use by customer, removal of parts, defacing, or opening of the case), then please contact us to obtain an RMA returns number. fter which you will be asked by us to return the item for repair or replacement. Your item will then be fully tested by our team and returned. Please note, most items repaired or replaced under warranty after the first 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer. Please allow 28 days for return. All parts replaced are then given a new warranty.
Refurbished & Graded products
All our refurbished & graded items come with our limited return to base warranty. Warranties times vary per product and are specified within each items ebay description. Buyer is to pay all postage costs and return costs including faulty items after 7 days of receipt. When returning please ensure item is returned with all original packaging, documentation, cables, accessories and is fully insured in transit. For all large items we may offer our courier services at a fraction of the normal cost to the customer as an option to ensure safe carriage. You will be notified via email on receipt of goods. Please package all items to reasonable standard as received.
Postage & shippings charges explained
Our postage & shipping charges may include ebay & paypal fees. On many occasions customers look at the price of a stamp to determine the shipping costs. This isn’t the case. Shipping costs do include the price on the stamp but may also involve the costs of an envelope, packing materials, time, a car journey to the post office, and other important background factors like insurance. For these reasons we ask that customers contact us directly via ebay email before you bid on any of our items if you feel the shipping costs are too high. Please be aware that when buying items on ebay you should always count the item & shipping costs as one final value for that particular item. Shipping discounts are available for multiple items. Please ask.
