Return Policy: 3 years manufacturer Warranty GUARANTEED AGAINST D.O.A. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
All sales are final and no refunds will be given except DOA'S. If you have a D.O.A. item which you wish to return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days from the date you receive the shipment and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days from date of issuance. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. Original S&H&Insurance charge is not refundable
Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label.
We accept your returns with 15% restocking charge for non defective return. This includes problem with compatibility, driver of software conflicts, improper installation etc.
