1. Wil it work with a Desktop PC ?
It supports any PC, desktop, laptops, Apple MACS, UNIX, Linux , as long as your computer has a USB port

2. Why does it has 2 USB connectors to PC?
Some computer does not supply enough power to USB port, So 2 USB connections are required. If your laptop only has 1 USB port, you can have a USB Hub.
** Not all the computer required 2 USB Ports.

3. Is it format ready?
Yes, it is formated as FAT32.

4. Can it charged the battery by USB?
Yes, it can power and charge from USB port.

5. What if  it doesn't work when I received my external hard disk?
Please email us immediately to rectify the problem. A replacement circuit board or a whole unit will be provided due to the problem

6. Can it shows photo on screen?
No, it is used for tranfering file from memory cards to hard disk only

7. Do you combined shipments?
Yes we do. Please look at the shipping table below.

8. Can it be used as a external hard disk drive to copy my data from a PC or notebook?
Yes.

9. Does it need a Desktop PC to copy data from memory cards to hard disk
This is standalone Copy / Backup contents from Flash memory cards to Digimate III, so, no computer needed.

10. Can I plug in 2 or more memory cards to copy my data into the hard disk ?
Yes,  you can plug in more than 2 memory cards. Digimate III will copy files from one memory cards to another.

11. When you put a photo card into the unit, will it make a new folder ?
It will make a new folder every time so it don't overwrite your photos or data.
