If you are in an area outside zone 1 by committing to purchase you are accepting the relevant zone charge and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you have already paid we will email you to advise of the additional charge.
Delivery Information:
Please ensure your delivery address, including postcode and contact number are correct as your item will be sent to the address you have provided. Please add your contact telephone number in the “notes” section of your paypal payment.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Please add any special delivery instructions in the “notes” section of your paypal payment.
We will email you once your order has been despatched.
We aim to despatch all orders the next working day following receipt of payment and a contact telephone number being provided. Please allow 2 working days from receiving despatch email to receiving your order
Our courier will contact you direct to book in a convenient delivery date.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice/receipt is despatched with all orders and is usually stuck to the parcel/drum.

Feedback/Returns Policy:
If you have a query or issue with an item, please contact us first before leaving feedback. Most problems can be resolved quickly and without issue.
All our drums are in “used” condition. For more details please refer to the product description.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it to us provided it is in the same condition as despatched to you.
The item must be within returned within 7 working days following receipt.
You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return carriage costs.
When returning the item please include your name, address, date of purchase and item number.
Your refund will be for the item only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
If you receive a damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace or refund you in full. Any item sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect item collected by us.
