We are a family run British company, based in the South West. We are a trade manufacturer of Ultraframe Conservatories and suppliers of Eurocell Building Products and many more DIY products and accessories for the Home and Conservatory.
All products are shipped from our factory in Weston-super-Mare.

Delivery		Items are shipped daily Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends. Most UK orders arrive within 24-48 hours of order being placed . We have regular stock deliveries. Postage and packaging costs are within mainland UK and based on size and weight. For combining purchases please contact us for the total amount. All courier deliveries require a contact number and signature upon receipt.
Refunds & Returns		If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us and give reasonable opportunity to resolve any issues you may have. We accept returns within fourteen days of the date of purchase. Goods must be unused in new condition in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
