On occasion there may be an item that is not in stock or is damaged, please know that this is a rarety, in this case we will notify you by email with the option for us to ship a similar item with same or of more value OR we will issue an immediate refund via Paypal if you have already submitted your payment.  Why? Some of our items are shipped to us upon your cleared payment from the manufacturer,  in the past we had an enormous inventory on hand however we nearly folded when we could not move it quickly enough. So we cancelled the listing once our inventory ran out but because we had customers constantly emailing us and still wanting the products, we chose to do it this way. Please email us before you purchase the item if this is an issue ~ you may need it by a certain date and we will ensure that the item is available for shipment

Please  do email us within 24 hours of auction end as a common courtesy to let us know how and when you will be paying. If we don't hear from you within seven days we will assume you are no longer interested, item will be relisted, eBay notified, and you will be added to our blocked buyer list

       We always try and ship out within three days of cleared payment however this item may take up to seven business days to ship from date of cleared payment ~ if you need the item quicker please email us because we may have it in stock and we just haven't updated the listing. Please do not purchase if this is an issue

Shipping insurance is almost always included and always recommended. we ship either Fed Ex, UPS or USPS whichever is less based on your region and the nature of your item (weight, fragility, etc).

Attention U.S. Buyers: If your item is around twenty pounds or of large scale we will most likely ship your item via USPS Parcel Post Insured which takes anywhere from five to nine business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will get a tracking number the day it is shipped however USPS does not update this number normally while in transit, but be rest assured your item has been shipped. If your item does not arrive by the ninth day, please email us so tha we can file a claim, otherwise we will not know if you received your item or not.

If you do not wish to have your heavy or oversized item delivered via USPS Parcel Post please email us before payment so that we can adjust the shipping charge, it may be anywhere from five dollars on up to twenty dollars additional ~ if it is a few dollars extra we will automatically upgrade your shipment to Fed Ex or UPS at no additional charge to you!
