But if anything is wrong we don't want you to worry for one second!
We will happily accept return of your extensions for either an exchange or a refund. Just contact us via email at ghe@ghestore.com or through eBay. We will email you our exchange/refund form that must be completed and sent back to our office with your original purchase.
Please note that for health concerns we must insist that any hair returned is unworn, undamaged and still contained in its original wrapping. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly so we can help find the right solution for you!
FAST RELIABLE DELIVERY
When you purchase from ghe™ your item is posted within 1 business day to anywhere in the world, after payment is received in full. Items are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours within the United Kingdom. Our international customers should expect delivery typically within 5 to 7 business days from the item being shipped.
Do you need your new extensions urgently for a birthday party or wedding? Or just because it's Saturday night? Then let us know and we can arrange next day delivery for an additional cost. Currently this is only available for our UK Customers.
All items over £14 are sent via 1st Class Recorded Post in the UK and Signed Airsure for our international customers.

PAYMENT METHODS
We prefer PayPal as it means we can ship items faster and it is still the safest way to complete online transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account you can also purchase using a major credit card by phoning our office after you have ordered your item via eBay.
To make a credit card payment please place your order via eBay first and then call our office on 0203 287 5577 to pay for the transaction.
