ELECTROLUX BRAUN HOOVER PROGRESS PRIVILEG Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of the receiving your cleared payment (normally shipped same day or next day). We use several different carriers. If you need an express or priority service (same day/by 9am next day/12pm next day), please let us know prior to payment so that we can source the most economical carrier and issue an invoice that reflects the additional shipping. Items are usually dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 2 working days. Please allow: 1-2 days for 1st class 1-3 days for 2nd class 3-5 days for Royal Mail Parcels. Please can you also check at your local sorting Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them. If items are returned to us due to ‘not called for’ we will only resend if further postal payment made. Returns & Claims We accept returns of items if the item is in resalable condition and the item has not been used and please keep the box or package in good condition for return. We will refund the full amount money of item and you will pay return shipping and insurance. Please contact us for instructions within 14 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions. We will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. All items are new and in perfect condition when they leave us, if upon arrival the packaging looks mishandled please sign for the parcel as damaged and retain all original shipping containers and packaging and notify us immediately of the damage to the item. Important notice: When taking receipt of your order please take the time to open and check for any damage if this is not done than you are signing for the goods as “in good condition”. If you have arranged for anybody else to accept your order than please ensure you advice them of the above. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item/s you have the right to return unopened goods within 14 days from date of receipt if not satisfied and you will be liable for their own carriage costs. The item/s must be returned in exactly the same condition as received. When returning goods, please ensure that they are packed sufficiently because we cannot accept goods that are damaged during their return. If the goods are damaged when returned to us it is your responsibility to claim from the company used to send the goods back to us. Customers must arrange own carriage for the return of goods. Please note that refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us. We shall never accept returns when the goods have been trimmed or altered - it is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damages prior to making alterations. NOTE: For Hoover bags and Hoover belts we accept returns as long as you do not open the package. Please make sure you buy the right bag/belt for your Hoovers.
