15ct Edwardian Pearl & Turquoise Stomacher Pendant Boxd

This superb Edwardian pendant is set with natural matching original seed pearls, and fine quality Persian turquoise, the natural pearls have a creamy pink lustre, are matching and are of varying sizes, an exquisite combination and much favoured gems by Victorians, this is a truly splendid stomacher and pendant. The metal is hallmarked 15ct gold on the back of the encrusted pearl flower as shown. The Pendant is solid and is constructed in many parts, superb workmanship demonstrated overall the central piece having a hidden bale at the back to attach to another piece if required, or take off top bale to wear the piece as a brooch. Original top pearl encrusted bale and turquoise collet set dropper.
This pendant is in its original leather fitted box and is from J.W. Benson Ltd, important jewellers of the time being appointed to the King/Queen, as shown in the inside of the box..
One old small repair on gold scroll as shown under high magnification. Any marks or discolorations on the metal is purely patina, will polish off.
