Whilst every care is taken to describe the items as accurately as possible, models do occassionaly

change or differ slightly from the stock photos and descriptions.

DELIVERY TIME

All items are available from stock unless otherwise stated.

Delivery dates for pre-order items are approximate and subject to slight change.

We aim to deliver stock items within 2-3 working days of cleared payment but some may take up to 7-10 days.

Delivery is either made by our own transport or by pallet delivery.

A contact telephone number is required to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Deliveries can be arranged at weekends in some cases.

All delivery times are approximate and are subject to change.

Delivery costs are as per the schedule according to postcode and apply to mainland addresses only.

Any offshore, island or Highlands addresses are subject to a surcharge.

Delivery can only be made to ground floor locations.

Assistance may be required for carrying heavy items.

COLLECTION

Collection in person can be made but must be at a pre-arranged time.

If not satisfied you may return any item for a full refund with 7 days.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If an item has been wrongly described or supplied incorrectly, then we will refund all shipping costs.

All items are guaranteed for 12 months.

We will replace any faulty parts free of charge.
