WE REQUIRE YOUR PHONE NUMBER FOR OUR COURIERS. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive goods. If our couriers “card” you, goods will be re-delivered on the next working day, upon payment of £5 re-delivery charge. Don’t incur the extra charges, make sure someone is there to sign!

Carriage: Confirmed orders with payments cleared by 1400hrs will be dispatched that working day on a next working-day service (subject to postcode). Next day service includes all post code areas in England and Wales unless otherwise stated below.

Once goods have been despatched we will not be held responsible for any delayed or late deliveries. We do review the performance level of our couriers and at present 98.7% of consignments are effected on time.

However, should any unforeseen problems arise we will always communicate with our customers and couriers to best remedy the situation. Our courier will deliver to your stated address. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. No signature No delivery. Re-delivery due to no signature will incur extra carriage charges. Couriers require your telephone number.

We will always endeavour to resolve any issues which arise swiftly and to our customers satisfaction. Although we do not charge a re-stocking fee any goods returned not due to a quality issue, the customer must pay the relevent inward carriage charge and the original carriage will not be reimbursed. Any return will be treated on an individual bases. We are not here to see you off!
