1. We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually the Royal Mail postal system, and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak period.

2. If a guaranteed delivery is important to you, you should opt for Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery if you are UK based, or International Signed For (registered airmail), which include insurance.

3. For non-receipt or missing items, we are governed by our carrier, the Royal Mail, and refunds will be made in accordance with their delivery policy.

Mandatory Insurance

In view of complaints over items missing through the Royal Mail to postal system, particularly with international airmails, we have introduced a mandatory insurance for any single UK delivery over £10 in value, or €12 for international delivery. The insurance is in the form of Recorded, UK Special Delivery or International Singed For.

Shipping and Handling

We are happy to combine postage, but all the items must be paid within 7 days after the end of the 1st auction.  

The Item with highest P&P must be paid in full.

We will try our utmost to ensure that your item is dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing.

Returns & Refunds

You may return the goods for any reason but replacements, exchanges or refunds will only be sent once we have received the incorrect or returned items back. A full refund less postage costs will be provided as long as:

• You have informed us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt that you wish to return the items
• The goods are returned within 7 days of receipt
• All items returned are in their original condition with the original paperwork enclosed
• Goods returned after 7 days for refund or without prior written notice will be subject to a 20% restocking charge
• Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, earrings are non-returnable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item then a replacement or refund will be offered only once we have received the item back at our office providing:

• You have informed us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt
• The goods are returned within 7 days of receipt
• The original paperwork is enclosed
