Summary of Our Selling Policies

Payment

We accept payment by major credit/debit card (please call 01628 526 999) Paypal,UK Postal Orders & Cash on collection. For payments over GBP 10 we also accept personal cheques drawn on a UK sterling bank account. We expect payment within 5 working days. We sent reminders after 7 days and non-payers will be processed through eBay's non-paying bidder procedure.

Fees

All prices quoted include VAT - there are no additional taxes or duties to pay for UK & EU buyers. If there are local taxes or duties in your country these are your responsibility. All handling fees are included in shipping costs - there are no additional handling charges to pay.

Shipping

We ship most goods worldwide. Some items will only ship to UK or EU due to size/weight or country-specific configuration (e.g. UK power products). If shipping costs for your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote. We offer a range of shipping options - these are listed with each item. If you need your purchases quickly, choose our next day courier option.

Delivery

We ship every weekday except holidays.

Where payments have been processed by 16:00 GMT on working days, expect your item to ship same day. If you need a guaranteed fast delivery, please remember to select a Special Delivery or Courier option when you checkout. For delivery times to overseas addresses, check the Royal Mail web site at www.royalmail.co.uk

Refunds & Returns

Returns & Refunds - here's how it works... If you want to return any item within 7 days in new, unopened condition - for whatever reason - simply contact us for a returns number and upon receipt of the goods we will offer a full refund (less P&P and eBay fees). If any item is faulty or damaged in transit - simply contact us within 7 days for a returns number and we will refund or replace at our discretion. If you have any problems with any goods after 7 days there is normally a manufacturers warranty - we are happy to provide details for all the products we sell.
