We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Returns

Due to the fact that some products are not sold as new they do not carry a manufacturers warranty. 

Every item we sell we cover with our own 7 Day warranty. If you find any fault within 7 Days it must be reported immediately and returned to us in its original packaging. Please bear in mind auctions that have detailed descriptions, although still carry the 7 Day warranty, will not be covered for any faults described.

Customers should enclose their details and a brief outline of the fault. Once received an exchange or refund will be given depending on what has been requested. 

In most cases our new items will carry the same warranty, this is due to the fact that they are often end of line or excess stock and are sold to us under a no returns basis. 

If however there is any manufacturers warranty on any of our items it will be clearly stated in the listing.  

Items being returned should be sent to our normal address.
 
Please Note 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us safely in its original packaging.
Please always keep packaging safe in the unlikely event of return.



International Dead Pixel Policy for LCD screens

Due to the difficulties associated with producing LCD screens very few brands guarantee a pixel perfect (Class 1) product, all screens however adhere to the international standard, ISO 13406-2.
It is possible, although uncommon, for an  LCD screen to have a small number of faulty pixels. In these cases, this standard deems the screen as being 'not faulty'. 
For an LCD panel to be considered faulty there has to be a certain number of dead pixels: 
Acceptable malfunctioning pixels by class & type per Million pixels:
2 complete pixels constantly illuminated (a white spot)
2 complete pixels not illuminated (a black spot)
5 sub pixels constantly on or off or intermittent fault. May blink or show a pixel as a base colour (Red, Blue, Green, Cyan, Magenta or yellow) or,
Any 2 sub pixel faults within a 5 x 5 block of pixels, approx 5mm
For any LCD screen to be classed as faulty it must meet the above requirements,
Basically, should you then find that your lcd has 1 or even 2 pixels defective straight out of the box; then this is classed as NOT FAULTY, and does not constitute a warranty return.
If this should be the case, then we deeply apologise, but this is the International ISO 13406-2 standard law, so please do not return the unit as defective, as we can not do anything about this. You can purchase these lcdÂ’s from any retail outlet, but the same law applies across the board.
