What to do after the
auction or Buy It Now
- After you have committed to buy, please contact us within 72 hours.
Payment should be made within 7 days of auction end unless otherwise
agreed via email. If we have not heard from you within 72 hours or have
not received payment within 7 days we will start the Unpaid Item process
to recover our fees. Non-paying bidders will receive a strike against
their ID and negative feedback will be left

Combined shipping discount - We
offer a discount for combined shipping, and if you are in the UK you will
never pay more than £9.99, however large your order. To be eligible
please make just one payment after all purchases have been made - and make
all of your purchases within one 48hr period.
If you are unsure how to combine an invoice, or eBay does not calculate it
correctly, please ask us for a total. Once payment is received we take
that as 'order complete' and prepare for despatch.

Payment
Methods
- We take PayPal and NoChex, these payment types are 'instant'.
Important: we require your PayPal address to be
be confirmed. If you have an unconfirmed address we may refund your
payment and ask for an alternative form of payment. PayPal e-cheques take
up to 10 days to clear. We also take bank transfers, our account details
provided on request. This method usually takes 3 working days to reach
us. We take cheques, but we allow 7 days for clearing before despatch.
We also accept postal orders.

UK Delivery
- Small orders go via Royal Mail, larger orders via 48hr courier such as
DHL or Parcelforce. We despatch 99% of orders within 2 days of receiving
payment, so you should normally not have to wait longer than 4 working
days, weekends not included. You will need to sign for your delivery, if
you are not in you will be left a card so that you can contact the courier
to arrange re-delivery - otherwise the parcel may be returned to us,
incurring extra charges. 'The UK' means Parcelforce zones 1,2 and 3 and
does not include the Channel Islands. We do not charge extra for Northern
Ireland and the Scottish Highlands

Overseas Delivery - We are
happy to send overseas, but please be aware that cards are heavy and
postage for some countries can be quite high - it's best to ask before
bidding or buying.

The price you see is the price you pay, we do not add
anything on afterwards. VAT at the standard rate is included in our
prices for applicable countries only. We send a VAT receipt with every
order

Returns and refunds -
We provide accurate listings and pictures therefore do NOT
normally provide refunds or accept returns unless items are faulty,
incorrect or not as described. If we make an error we will always rectify
it as soon as possible at our expense.

Feedback
- We leave positive feedback after a transaction is completed, i.e. your
items have arrived, you are happy with your purchase and have left
positive feedback for us. If you choose to leave us negative feedback
before attempting to resolve any problems with your order then we will
take this as being the end of the matter.
