Proof of Posting is ALWAYS obtained. We will notify you once your item has been posted, please inform us of its arrival, and we appreciate your feedback.
We usualy ship using Royal Mail. For larger items we shall source the most cost efficent courier. NON UK Postage will be sent by Air.
Please note we will ONLY post upon receipt of cleared funds.
We take the utmost care when packing our items and can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Moor Styles endeavour to describe all items advertised for sale on Ebay accurately with the addition of several photographs. If, however, you change your mind when you receive the item you will be entitled to a refund if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. In the unlikely event of this happening we would ask you to notify us via email immediately quoting the Ebay Listing number. A refund will be given (excluding postage costs) once we have received back the item in question in the same condition we posted it.
Moor Styles is the Interiors and Contemporary arm of Adrian Jennings Antiques. The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5pm. If you are making a special trip to see us we suggest that you phone ahead, just in case we have to close unexpectedly (this rarely happens).
