• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. Return Policy:

• Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
• Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
• Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt
• If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
• Warranty period: Default 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
