Our preferred delivery method is via Fedex for large items, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. For smaller items we use Royal Mail 1st Class with optional insurance (covers value of part), or Signed For (insured only up to £39).

• The shipping fee you see on each listing is the fee for UK mainland only; this excludes Highlands of Scotland, Inverness, offshore islands, Channel Islands and any remote postcodes, unless shipping via Royal Mail. We can deliver to all these areas of the UK but please contact us first for a price. We can also ship worldwide so please contact us if you require a quote.

Returns Policy

• Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.  We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means, as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.  If an item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

• Non Payment - After 3 days of non payment you will receive an automatic invoice reminder. After 7 days of non payment we will begin a non paying bidder dispute through ebay. After 14 days of non payment the dispute will be ended and you will receive a non paying bidder strike to your account from ebay.
