Designed to be worn low waisted this skirt has a wide stretchy upper-band which is around 4/5" deep for a smooth fitted look (no gathers or lumps) Made from Black Lycra Sheen with ribbons and bows around the hipline. The lower skirt is made from 8 layers of Purple blue and black spiky cut dress netting around 8" long.
Total over-all length approx 12/13"
This Tutu arrives in a "flat packed" enabling you to create the look you want, the spikes can be fluffed up to produce a full and spiky look (easy instructions enclosed) or if you prefer you can wear it as it arrives, in a cute little kilt shape. I have included extra photo's on this listing showing the varying effects you can create. These photo's are all of the same Tutu. Looks great with Hot-pants or leggings for the less daring.
