OFF ROADERS PLEASE NOTE: While it is perfectly ok to mount the solenoid pack on top of the winch, We recomend that you mount it higher up in the engine bay or in the cab this protects it from mud and water, a simple extension of the supply cables will be needed for this, be aware you cannot move the solenoids on winches with the fixed bridge solenoids (metal solenoid box) as the solenoid box on these winches is an integral part of the winch
The wireless remote works beautifully. The claimed 50ft range is easily exceeded. The standard 3.7 metre lead on the wired remote that all these winches have will leave you standing knee deep in mud off road and won't reach the back of your recovery truck, Wireless solves this problem, stand well back, or sit in the car you are recovering............easy!
