1. If for any reason the item or service is not as described by myself, please contact me before leaving any feedback!! I hope that all problems can be sorted to prevent negative feedback being left.

I refund the value of the total paid (Item + Post) if:
The item be lost by Royal Mail and you request delivery recorded (After research finish, usually takes 1 to 2 months).
1. The Item gets damaged on post BUT you have to returned the goods in 5 days after received, (not glass) I will pay the value of stamp when received it.
2. Glass and Porcelain- Item get damaged by post, BUT you need proved by photos soon as possible. 
3. The goods not described exactly as in my listings BUT you have to return the goods in 5 days after received. I will pay the value of stamp when received it.
All the items are sending by Royal Mail UK and I will keep always the receipt of sending.
