THEY ARE IN WHAT I BELEIVE TO BE GOOD CONDITION, MAY HAVE LIGHT SCRATCHES OR SCUFFS BUT NO MAJOR CRACKS, AND NO BROKEN LUGS SO  WILL BE A NICE SNUG FIT ON YOUR VEHICLE
