All items are shipped using either Royal Mail first class or Parcel Force, depending on weight. We do offer RM Recorded Delivery on most items which you may choose at checkout. We post orders every day, but please let us know if an item is needed urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.

:: Despatch & Delivery Times
Please allow 3 working days for non-personalised gifts & 10 working days for personalised gifts to be despatched and then a further 5 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item to your door. Please Note; On occasion Royal Mail may not deliver in accordance with their usual timescales. In this instance we are required to wait 15 days from posting before claiming a loss, thus we are unable to resend an undelivered item prior to this. For more details of Royal Mail's posting rules see www.royalmail.com. Despatch & Delivery times may be longer during busy periods like Christmas and Holidays.

:: Refunds & Returns

All products are tried and tested before shipment and meet all necessary requirements and standards. Returns are only accepted if the item does not accurately match the item description or the item is faulty or damaged. Please return the item to us within 14 working days to enable a quick resolution of your problem. Refunds are given minus postage costs.

As stated by the Distance Selling Regulations we have to offer all customers a 7-day “cooling-off” period. So if you wish to return any item for any reason you may do so. However, the item(s) must be in an unused and in resaleable condition within seven days of ordering. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs within 2 working days.

Please Note: Personalised items are non returnable unless damaged or have printing errors.

We mostly use Royal Mail to ship our orders. Their policy states that Royal Mail will only consider an item “lost” if 15 days have elapsed from the date of posting. Thus, we are unable to resend an undelivered order until this time has elapsed. Please contact us if your item hasn't arrived and we will do all we can to resolve this for you.

To return an item(s) please use the contact form providing as much detail as you can including the Sales Record Number. The Customer Support department can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.

Please include as many details as possible as this will speed up the process and allow us to process your request more efficiently.

My goods are faulty - how do I return an item?
