We accept payment by: Pay pal, Postal Orders & Cheques, we accept all major Credit & Debit Cards over our Freephone number 0800 694 1427. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Delivery

All small items are sent by Royal mail 2nd class recorded post, larger item are sent by courier both require a  signature. You must inspect the good for damage before signing for them. your goods will be shipped within 72hour, You will be sent a email at time of shipping, all goods should be delivered within 7 days from shipping email, If you have not received your goods in 10 days from shipping email and have not notify us by email of non delivery, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque post order or other means other than Paypal, credit debit card.
If you are ordering an item to be fitted please do not arrange fitting times until your item has arrived, as justtow will not be liable for any cost due to late delivery.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt. If goods are to be returned (up to 14 Day) for other reasons for credit, a credit will be issued to the original account less original postage and the return costs. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the goods back to us. We can arrange for the collection and return of the goods at a cost of £20.00 for UK mainland, For goods collected outside UK mainland, Parts of Scotland, highlands and island of the UK mainlands the collection charge will differ, please apply for more details, If the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to incorrect packaging upon return we will reject it. The customer may arrange for the return of the items by there own means and cost's, All goods returned must be packaged well for the return journey. No item can be returned without a returns confirmation number this will be emailed.
