A full refund will be given for items returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with plastic seals, if any, still in tact. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be made via recorded delivery.
If in the unlikely event, items arrive faulty or damaged, please email us describing the nature of the fault/damage. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt via recorded delivery. Either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund including return postage costs will be then given. |
