connectivity to notebook's PCMCIA card:

Use an ultra low-loss RF cable with a N-male on one end to connect to the TurboTenna antenna and a matching RF connector on the other for the pcmcia card. Most pcmcia cards that support an external antenna are compatible with the small RF connectors, such as the MC Card for Proxim Orinoco, RP-MMCX for Zcom, MMCX for Senao, MCX for Apple Airport Extreme, etc.
connectivity to desktop PCI card:
Most 802.11b/g desktop WiFi PCI card, such as Buffalo, Linksys, Netgear, D-Link are compatible with RP-SMA RF connector.
connectivity to wireless router/ access point:


Most Linksys wireless routers are either compatible with RP-TNC or RP-SMA RF connector, whereas some D-Link, Netgear and Buffalo models are compatible with the RP-SMA RF connector.
