What do I do now??

You will then receive an email from Ebay confirming your purchase and detailing all the information I need from you have such as fonts, colour schemes, design ideas, along with your pictures and wording for your product.

How many pictures do I need to send you?
You can send as many as you want! As long as they are good quality pictures I can use as many as you want! The more the better for me!

Can you alter the pictures for me?
All pictures are automatically enhanced to create professional looking photographs, this includes red-eye and exposure. I can also take backgrounds out, change to black & white, sepia or multiple colours on one picture. You will just need to mention this in your details if you definately want one of these option!

We are having a non religious Naming Day, can a certificate be created for this occasion?
Yes of course! Your design is completely yours so you can have whatever wording and celebrations you wish!

When will I receive my proofs?
You will receive a minimum of 1 proofs in 48 hours. .

Can I make any amendments?
You can make as many amendments as you wish, until you 100% happy with your proofs!.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
As soon as I receive confirmation from you that your design(s) can be printed I will invoice you.
When payment has been received, you will be emailed to confirm receipt of your payment. At this point your design(s) will be ordered. All our invitation designs are printed at professional printers therefore they take 3 days to be dispatched from our printers.
You will receive an email to inform you when your order has been dispatched.
All orders are dispatched in plastic envelopes, and packaged in full board envelopes.
Orders up to 4 certs are sent Recorded delivery First Class, and 5+ are sent Special Delivery. Therefore they are signed for and not pushed through your door.

How can you provide such high quality products at such a low cost?
In order to provide our service to everyone from every walk of life, all costs are kept at a complete minimum. We rely on word of mouth recommendations and our affiliates to spread the word of our business. We do not have an expensive website or appear at Baby Shows as the Ebay shop is used as our main website in order that our customers are not funding the up keep of our advertising.
