Our Trading Policy 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If not 100% happy with this product, you may return it within 14 days for a full product refund (excludes any P&P costs), providing the item is in perfect condition and has not been used. 

Faulty Goods:

If the product is faulty, we will either replace it or offer a full refund. We may ask you to return the faulty product before it is replaced or refunded – we will reimburse you any P&P costs.

Items lost in the post: 

Due to recent scams by buyers, we now have a strict policy for dealing with items claimed to be lost in the post. But don’t worry, 99% of our orders are delivered within a few days – it is rare for items to get lost. All our goods are either insured with proof of posting or are sent by recorded delivery. 

If you make a genuine claim, you will be fully refunded providing you follow our procedure: 

1) If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days of despatch, you must contact your local sorting office as they may have it. 
2) If they do not, please e-mail us the details at funkjuicer@hotmail.com , you must wait 21 days before a claim can be processed. This is because some items do get delayed in the post, especially at Xmas, so it may still arrive. 
3) After 21 days we will process the insurance claim. 
4) The insurance claim can only be processed with your confirmation that goods have not arrived. The Royal Mail will contact you to confirm that the goods have not arrived. It is your responsibility to complete their form and send it back to them. 
5) When the Royal Mail has received your confirmation and informed us, we will issue you with a full refund. Please note: If you fail to confirm with the Royal Mail that your item has not been delivered, we will not issue a refund.

Return policy

If not 100% satisfied with this product for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in it's original packaging for a refund. Just e-mail us first with the item number so we are aware it is being returned - funkjuicer@hotmail.com . Always return an item by recorded delivery, or if under £30 in value get proof of posting. We will not refund returned items lost in the post that have no proof of posting.

For damaged or faulty goods, either a replacement product or a refund will be given to you. We may require you to return the faulty product first. We refund your postage costs for returned goods if they are faulty. 

All goods are inspected by us for quality/damage before despatch.
