We accept Money Order, cashiers check, money order or personal check(US and Canada only, and 45 daysfor clearing upon receipt of the personal check) for payment ONLY ABOVE GBP60.

Shipping & Handling Policy:

We ship internationally ( worldwide ) and buyers pay actual shipping cost of the goods purchased. It is a responsibility for buyers to verify the import permit of the goods purchased, and to pay any import duties or taxes if necessary.

The insurance is REQUIRED(GBP0.7 per Total GBP25 ). Coz we DON'T REFUND if products without insurance damage during shipping.

Combined Shipping:

We are glad to save your cost and combine shipping for you complete the checkout procedure. There is no time limit for combine bidding time!!!! If you want to combine bid PLZ don't check out before you want stop bidding and request for the total invoice from us!!

Shipping discount calculation starts from the second heaviest item. The max combine weight is 2000grams. Additional items will discounted as below:

Exp: You buy A(550grams) plus B(430grams), A 13GBP shipping fee, B 10GBP. After combine shipping, you only need to pay GBP13+GBP10*70%=GBP20.00

NOTE: When you buy over GBP100 combining stuff, the each max combine parcel's shipping fee is only 50%(exclude heaviest one).

Return Policy:

Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will 100% gladly refund your full purchase price (Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions). If for any reason the product (with insurance) is ever damaged in transit, we will quickly rush a replacement to you at no extra cost to you.

Bid Cancellations:

We do not cancel bids, NO EXCEPTIONS . According to eBay policy, it's responsibility of the buyer to retract bid before the auction ends. 

If the auction ended and the highest/winning bidder chooses not to pay for it, we will be forced to follow eBay's policy by opening an unpaid dispute, in order to recover our listing, stocking and final value fees.

If the customer has already paid and than decides they don't want it anymore, we will charge a 10% fee on the total payment(Max GBP3), in order to recover all our fees and costs involved in processing, preparing, packing and stocking the order.
