Return policy
Prior to returning, we will require brief, basic troubleshooting to be done in order to categorize the return. Subsequently, an RMA worksheet will be issued to accompany your return or exchange. All returns and exchanges require an RMA worksheet, or Return Material Authorization worksheet, which is provided upon request prior to the return. Returns without RMA will not be processed. To obtain an RMA worksheet, the customer must contact Axio within 7 days of (3rd party verifiable) receipt of the item regarding the specific problem that is the reason for the return.
