Unwanted Items – Returns 

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods.

You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance.

To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

Faulty / Damaged Items - Returns
 
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion.

All returns must be in their original packaging. 

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost , if returning by Royal Mail , remember to ask for postal certificate.
