We only ship to addresses within the UK and prefer a telephone number, as the delivery company may call first to arrange delivery's before trying.
  

Postage & Packaging for this item is £6.95 and will be despatched by City Link
Please supply us with a phone number to ensure quick and efficient delivery. If your address cannot be located by the courier and you have not supplied a phone number you may need to pay extra postage for re-delivery. If you require delivery to any location where a water crossing is required from Scotland or England, please contact us first for a postage quote before committing to buy.
Parcels are collected from us by City Link On a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. (Excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch products within 2 working days of receiving payment (slightly longer if blinds have to be altered)
   
 
Delivery
You will be required to check the delivery for damage on arrival. If this is not possible please sign as unchecked to prevent voiding your insurance
Any damage must be notified to us within 48 hours if not already noted on the delivery slip when signing for your item
The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver and will leave a call card on the 1st attempt with details for you to contact them and rearrange delivery for when you are in. They will hold the parcel for up to 5 working days
Orders received after 4pm Thursday are despatched on the following Tuesday. (except Bank holidays)
Collections are welcome
 
Returns
You may return any item to us for any reason for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.  Postage will not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale.
Altered and Personalised blinds can only be returned if faulty
