Returns accepted strictly within 7 days of receipt. Full refund will be given for cost of item plus original postage charge plus cost of returning item via 2nd class post if an item is damaged. Full refund will be given for cost of item plus original postage but NOT for the postage cost of returning items that are not damaged. Any undamaged items must be returned in their 'as new condition' to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for returned items as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in the postal system
