Combined shipping is offered on most items, unless unusually large or fragile. Combined shipping discounts only apply to auctions that are paid for at the same time with one payment.

We offer standard ground service, standard expedited service, and Next Day Air. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS whichever is the most economical and efficent based on your zip code at the time of the order.
Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping costs and handling charges from our California warehouse.
Most orders ship within 1 business day once payment is recieved. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Please allow for the proper delivery time for your order.
If you need your order expedited please select an expidited shipping method for a faster delivery time. Order's placed after 2:00 PM Pacific time will ship the following business day.
All orders must have verified funds from paypal and must be received in full before your order is processed. Please note that electronic checks can take up to 5 business days to clear through paypal.

For orders shipping internationally please allow for an average of 3-5 business days for shipping time. For standard International shipping the average shipping time is between 7-10 business days and for expedited service it is 3-5 business days.
In addition, Brands on Sale is not responsible for custom delays in any country. Individual customs departments can easily hold packages for several weeks if they feel the need. Although this is rare, we still do not have any control over this situation. We ask that international customers allow for some extra time so their package can properly clear customs.
Also please note that the customer is responsible for all custom fees, tariffs, quotas and any other fee imposed by the receiving country.
If you would like to return or exchange an item you will need to contact our customer service department to receive a proper RMA number for your order. All requests for returns and exchanges will be handled on an individual case by case basis. If warranted our customers service department will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
All returns (not including exchanges) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.
To return or exchange an item please contact our customer service department to recieve a Return Authorization Number. Returned items without the proper RNA number will not be processed. Please allow 7 business days for processing your return from the day we receive it.

Warranties
Since we are the retailer and not the manufacturer for many of our products we reserve the right to forward all warranty issues directly to the product manufacturer or to refer customers to the manufacturer with all or any guarantee, defective merchandise or warranty issues. If you are unsure if the item you purchased or are going to purchase is covered by the manufacturer please contact our customer service staff, and we will be glad to assist you.Exchanging An Order
If an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply. If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. If an item is damaged we must be notified immediately within 24 hours from receipt of shipment.Return An Order
All authorized, inspected and approved returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee. A store credit may also be issued for subsequent orders. Please note the items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged:- Swimming pool items
- Special Order items - drop-ships, mascots, large multiple quantity orders
- Holiday or seasonal items
- Inflatable products including air beds, mannequins, and large air blown inflatables
- Portable air conditioners
- Any footwear that has been worn
- Any blister-packed item where the seal is cut or broken and not resalable

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a product restocking fee of 25%, plus incurred shipping costs both ways. A $25 administrative fee may also be warranted.
