fun2make Limited is proud of its products and rapid despatch service. If your product is faulty, please let us know by email before you give us feedback to give us the opportunity to replace it. Faulty items should be returned to us, and we will then replace them and reimburse you for the postage (at Royal mail 1st class postal rates). Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods back to us in case for some reason we don't receive them.

If the product is not what you expected but is nevertheless undamaged, please also contact us before leaving feedback. You may return the item in its original packaging and in resaleable condition for a full refund (less our post and packaging charges) within 7 days of the original delivery date. In this situation, goods returned are done so at the expense of the purchaser.

All return claims should be emailed to us no later than 7 working days after the product has been delivered. fun2make Limited reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if notification is received beyond this limit.

Legal stuff:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (under the Sale of Goods Act).

Under the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (October 2000) you have the unconditional right to cancel an order. The law says that:
"You must inform us within seven working days starting with the day on which they are delivered, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them to us. We must refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel. You may only be charged at most for the cost of returning goods."
