WHAT LOVELY LATE 18TH CENTURY DINNER FORKS!!

EACH IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.

Here we have a quite exceptional GEORGE III LARGE MATCHED SET OF 12 solid silver dinner forks.Hallmarks are deep and clear. 

Each is assayed in London by makers George Smith and William Fearn bar the pair which are PB,AB & WB-The Batemans.

5 date to 1794-year letter t,5 are 1795 and the pair are 1803. 

Each is a most delightful piece!

These lovely forks are of exceptional quality and each is a most practical piece of table silver.

Weight of actual silver is a sublime 831 grams (26.72 troy ounces),each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout. 

Each fork is between 7.875 inches and 8.125 inches in length. 

Their condition is well used but they still have plenty of life left in them yet!

THEY ARE LOVELY FORKS WHICH ARE SURELY TOO GOOD TO SCRAP? 

Each is engraved to the reverse with the same quite lovely crest and always has been,definitely no erasures either.

The pattern is OLD ENGLISH.

A truly beautiful and most wonderful RARE ANTIQUE HIGH QUALITY SET.
