Upon arrival we will send a full refund of your payment including your initial shipping (U.S customers). Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending the item. In the unlikely event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The majority of our items are shipped via the USPS. Larger and higher priced items ship via UPS. We ship every Tuesday and Friday.

If the shipping notes "First Class mail" and the item weighs more that 13 oz. It will automatically ship via "Priority mail".

Our discount formula is: shown price for the 1st item (highest price), 1/2 price shipping on the 2nd and 3rd items and Free shipping on the 4th item in the same shipment. If you have more than 4 items please request an invoice and we will give you a great deal on shipping.
