I always obtain proof of postage and in the unlikely event that an item should not arrive, please contact me so that I may provide you with this to chase up with Royal Mail. I can not and will not be held responsible for any item once left in the care of the post office.

Postage costs are for England only. I am happy to post anywhere in the world but this will be at an additional cost. Should you require postage to elsewhere other than England please let me know where and by what method (standard, recorded etc.) and I will get a price for you asap. If you require this cost before you decide if you want the item, please do not bid until you get it.

I will try to get all items posted within 3-5 days of auction end however if you need it sooner please let me know and I will do my best to get it out to you. I do have a newborn son and therefore please bare with me!!

I will post items recorded etc but you will need to let me know to do this and I will be able to charge you accordingly.

Unless the item is specifically listed as collection only (due to size or postage restrictions) I do not offer collection on my items.

Action will be taken against all non-payers and negative feedback left. Payment within 3 days of auction end. If you are sending a postal order or cheque please let me know this.

I try to list my items as honestly and accurately as possible however I am only human and if I have missed something or you feel an item is not as described please contact me so that I may try and resolve the matter. I do not offer returns/refunds simply because an item does not fit or you decide you no longer want the item you have won.

I am very sorry but due to encounters with dishonest buyers in the past a refund will only be issued for the item cost (not the postage charge) and this will be done once the item is returned to me unless otherwise agreed.

If you are not happy with any of my policies - please do not bid. I apologise again, however having been a victim of dishonest e-bayers in the past I am only trying to protect myself against loosing more money through unfair and unwarranted refunds.
