Concertina Loft Ladder™
Spring loaded / Up to 3.35m (11ft) ceiling height

  • Our own unique design - the loft ladder that takes away the uncertainty as this one will fit almost any loft
  • Rubber coated non slip, extra deep treads for your comfort and safety
  • Easy to fit - the loft ladder is supplied fully assembled, and we even give you the kit to enable you to convert your existing loft hatch door to "swing down" into the room
  • Very strong - maximum load 150kg (23.5 stone)
  • For durability the loft ladder has a stainless steel carriage and bolts, giving it that "solid" feel
  • Easy to operate - the loft ladder features twin springs to support its weight when being lowered from or raised into the loft
  • Adjustable base position giving maximum flexibility when there is confined space in the room below
  • Requires minimum loft aperture 430mm (1' 5") wide (the side the loft ladder will attach to) and 570mm (1'10") long
  • Available in 4 sizes
  • Additional ladder base rod is supplied which please note protrudes beyond carriage. N.B. ladder unwieldy on operating pole at this height so we advise accessing with a step ladder rather than using the pole
