THEREFORE, FOR INSTANCE, IF YOU SEND A CHEQUE WHICH TAKES UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR, THEN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MARK THE ITEM AS PAID UNTIL THIS PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS CLEARED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UNPAID NOTICE. DELIVERY AND CHARGES
PLEASE CHECK DELIVERY CHARGES PRIOR TO BIDDING. THE ADVERTISED PPICE IS A DISCOUNTED PRICE AND DELIVERY WILL BE END OF JULY / FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. ONCE IN STOCK THE PRICE WILL REVERT BACK TO THE NORMAL PRICE
UPON DELIVERY
ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED AGAINST LOSS, BUT NOT FOR DAMAGE (INSURANCE AGAINST DAMAGE IS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE ITEM.) AND REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEM UPON DELIVERY FOR DAMAGE AND SIGN AS DAMAGED IF APPLICABLE. IF CHECKING IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN SIGN AS ‘UNCHECKED.’
ANY DAMAGE CLAIM MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HRS AND CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF INSURANCE WAS TAKEN OUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF THE ABOVE IS NOT ADHERED TO, WE CANNOT HELP YOU, AS OUR COURIERS HAVE STRICT POLICIES IN PLACE. ALSO, IN THE CASE OF HEAVY ITEMS, I.E. QUADS, GO KARTS,LARGE DIRT BIKES ETC., PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY AND CAN HELP THE DRIVER UNLOAD. .
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE NOT HOME ON THE DELIVERY DAY AND AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE RE-DELIVERED, A RE-DELIVERY CHARGE PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO RE-DELIVERY.

WARRANTY IS FOR THREE MONTHS ON MAIN PARTS (PARTS ONLY) IF SUPPLIED FULLY BUILT AND TESTED OR 7 DAYS IF SUPPLIED IN KIT FORM. IN ORDER TO TRY AND ENSURE THAT WE HAVE SUFFICIENT STOCK OF PARTS TO SERVICE OUR CUSTOMERS; WE DO NOT SELL PARTS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE. SO IF IT IS NOT OURS WE WILL NOT SUPPLY PARTS

GENERAL TERMS
ANY INSURED ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WILL BE COLLECTED AND REPLACED F.O.C. OR A REPLACEMENT PART SENT UPON RECEIPT OF THE OLD PART. (REPLACEMENT RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE PAID BY US.)
WITH REGARD TO ANY MANUFACTURING FAULT, THIS PART SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US FOR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE PART IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL ORDER DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. WE WILL NOT REFUND AN INSURED ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE SAME.
IF YOU WISH TO SEND AN ITEM BACK BECAUSE IT IS NOT SUITABLE OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON; YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS BOTH TO AND FROM US. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT TRANSPORTATION IS A SEPARATE CONTRACT AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ITEM PURCHASE PRICE. I.E. YOU MAY COLLECT OR ARRANGE YOUR OWN COURIER, HOWEVER, IF YOU ASK US TO ARRANGE DELIVERY ON YOUR BEHALF THROUGH THE COURIER WE USE AND SUBSEQUENTLY RETURN THE ITEM TO US FOR A REFUND, THIS REFUND WILL BE FOR THE ITEM PRICE PAID ONLY AND WILL NOT INCLUDE THE DELIVERY CHARGE.
