We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.  Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail.      Proof of posting is always obtained, due to Royal Mail's policy on lost items in the unlikely event your item does not arrive within 15 working days from the actual postage date, then we will make a claim for the lost item via Royal Mail on your behalf, all refunds/replacements for this will only be made once Royal Mail has made a cleared payment to us.    Most goods arrive approx 1-4 days after postage.    It is worth checking with you local Royal Mail delivery office as many postmen/women do not leave cards.
