10x8 summerhouse overall size includes the 3 ft verandah so internal measurement is 10 feet wide and 5 ft deep this is a picture of an old one that i sold earlier in the year the one i have for sale is newer and has never been erected it is in ex con but has started to fade in the sun, a new stain would make it like new its all t and g including floor and roof ,i can help to deliver but if u are 30 miles away i want £40 or 70 miles i want £80 but not too far its up for sale at £636 at moment happy bidding
