  • Shell pearls are made from real live oyster shell, not a simulated material. The process involves pulverizing the shell and then melting the mix down to form a polished round shape. It is then coated with a layer of mother-of-pearl outer high gloss finish looking just like real giant pearls with superior lustre and surface quality. Each pearl have identical colour and size. Shell pearls are not naturally occurred.
  • Simulated Tahitian shell pearls are made to an appearance and quality equivalent to the more expensive genuine Tahitian pearls costing thousands of pounds.
