If you buy one dress only, we do not offer the custom-made dress, but we can alter size of the dress for you if your size is within UK8-UK16.

 

If you buy more than one dress, we can offer you the custom-made dresses with no extra service charge, and you can get the discount about GBP2 for each additional dress.

Example: if you buy 2 dresses, the postage is GBP19.99x2-2= GBP37.98

 

If you buy more than 4 dresses, the postage is GBP15.99 for each dress.

Example: if you buy 5 dresses, the postage is 15.99x5= GBP79.95

 

As the dress is with the sale price, we can alter the dress size or make the dresses according to your requirements and sizes, so if you are not satisfied with the dresses when you receive the dresses, we accept you send back the dress ( just with the standard size only ), but we just return you the price of the dress only when we receive the dress you send back and do not return the postage, and you need to afford the return shipping.

The custom-made dress can not be returned!!!

We use UK size as standard. Please confirm your size in our size chart before placing your order.

 

How to measure yourself:

 

Bust:   Measure the fullest part of your chest

 

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep your measuring tape comfortably loose

 

Hips:   Measure around your fullest part of your hips

 

Length: Measure from your top shoulder to the hem of the dress; if you need, please give extra length for high-heel

 

Please make sure your size is correct before placing your order.

Delivery

 

All the dresses are shipped by EMS after your payment has been cleared,

 

We need 2 working days for production and dispatch.

 

 Normally, takes 7-10 working days for deliver. If it is a tailor-made dress, please add 5-7 working days.

 

If your package lost, we guarantee do 100% refund or resend for you.

Maybe the delivery time will be longer since the custom need to do the extra check sometimes.

Return and exchange

We Accept Refund Or Exchange.But Needs The Following Situation

 

Please contact us before return, The dresses should be sent back within 3 days. Otherwise the dresses cannot be retuned or changed.  We will release the refund and resend the dress when we receive the dress you send back.

 

1, Tags no attached, Worn, perfume or altered garments.  No refunds.

 

2, Buyer needs to pay the return shipping charges. We only return item price, The shipping charges and return shipping charges No refunds

3, E.G. : Item price GBP29.99,  Shipping GBP16.99  We only return 29.99

 

Custom measurement and colour  There is no refunds
