   Fruity Bread Improver/Concentrate for Hot Cross Buns, Fruit Bread, Chelsea Buns, Christmas Stollen etc.This is ideal  for your bread machine or baking by hand, 100g  pack size.

This concentrate is designed for Hot X Buns, Fruit Bread, Iced Fingers, Chelsea Buns, Stollen etc, it has a superb lemon/orange taste and aroma.

You can easily make deliciously soft Hot X Buns or fruit buns from the breadmaker by mixing the dough with mixed fruit available from most shops, once mixed pull the dough from the machine roll into balls, proof and bake. I get 20 rolls per mix ( which I cannot make enough of!!)
