Canada (UPS vs. USPS)
Orders being shipped to Canada may be done so via UPS or USPS. Please see the key differences below:
UPS: Safer. Cheaper for heavy packages. Higher border fees.
USPS: Less reliable. Expensive for heavy packages. Lower border fees.
You are responsible for all duties and taxes. Please contact your local UPS or USPS agent to determine your estimated duties and taxes.
PO Box and APO
Orders being shipped to a PO box or an APO address must be shipped via USPS.
South America
New customers in South America must make payment via money order or western union. Return customers may purchase as normal.
Puerto Rico
Orders being shipped to Puerto Rico have a higher risk. Many packages are lost or get returned due to address problems. We prefer that you provide us with a PO Box. If a PO Box is not provided, you agree to pay the shipping cost should the package be returned to us. |
Combined Shipping:
We are more than happy to offer combined shipping to our customers. When you are done shopping, do not pay each invoice individually. eBay automatically sends an invoice after each item is won. Instead, request a total via eBay so we can send you a new total.
Payment Terms:
After winning an auction or using buy it now, payment in US funds only is expected within 7 days. We report all non-paying members to eBay. Payment may be made to Jeff Lee via paypal, money order, western union, or check. Please allow several days for clearance on all checks, including e-checks from PayPal.

Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days from purchase. Items returned in original condition will receive a full refund. Damaged items will not be accepted. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we make a mistake with your order.
When you return an item, use a trackable service, include insurance and please use the original packaging. Pack tightly to avoid magnets sticking to objects.
Magnet Safety
Included in most boxes is a safety and information sheet regarding neodymium magnets. Although coated, neodymium magnets are still fragile and can chip, or crack if handled incorrectly. Please do not give neodymium magnets to children under 3. Small magnets pose a choking hazard, and can be lethal if swallowed. In addition, large magnets can easily pinch fingers. Always supervise children when playing with magnets and be sure they are aware of the danger involved.
