The innovative Variable Angle Worktop Jig introduces a unique angle adjustment system (OPTIONAL - MUST BE BOUGHT SEPARATELY) that will provide the opportunity to continuously adjust the male worktop from 85 to 95 degrees, giving a perfect joint when matched against the female.

• 90 degree Left/Right hand joints
• 45 degree Left/Right hand joints
• peninsular and corner joints
• chamfered corners
• cabinet door hinge recesses (18mm carcass)
• four different radii (20, 40, 60 and 100mm)
• hole for tap fixings (3/4" BSP)
• cut worktops with widths of: 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 616mm, 650mm, 700mm, 900mm and 1000mm.

In addition essential instructions and diagrams are engraved on the jig so there is very little need to refer to the manual.

All our professional routing jigs are made of 12mm laboratory grade High Pressure Laminate on high tolerance CNC machines with the latest CAD/CAM software. 

It includes four nylon locating pins, a full set of instructions with annotated diagrams and comes boxed as standard.  THIS PRODUCT NOT INCLUDES AN ANGLE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM.

Notification, giving details, of short delivery or damage must be made to DTS within 24 hours of receipt of goods. 

Notification must be made within 7 days of the invoice if goods have not been delivered in time.  Notification must be confirmed in writing, quoting the invoice number. 

No claims will be entertained by DTS unless these conditions are adhered to.

Returns are accepted if goods are unused. This can be organised by us but at buyer’s additional cost.
