For the best possible rates ask for a manual invoice and we will weigh and price your individual order. Similarly other trackable and insured shipping options are available on request. GENERAL INFO Payment: Paypal is quickest and easiest for both of us. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. Cheques will be cleared and postal orders cashed before shipping. This can take up to 7 days. UK Postage: We will combine shipping on multiple items to give you the best value. Our MAXIMUM postal charge is £8.99 for any single order. This covers up to 30kg with a courier. For any items under 1kg the Default Shipping is by Royal Mail Second Class Standard Packet Rate although other services are available at checkout. Between 1 and 4 kg we generally use Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Between 4 and 30kg it will be by courier subject to common parcel size limits. Royal Mail change their prices every April - we will change with them !!! We accept no liability whatsoever for the efficiency or otherwise of the postal service. We always obtain proof of posting. Items will be dispatched same day if possible but 2 working days to process the order should be allowed for. International Postage: All International customers please wait for an invoice as automatic combined shipping is not always accurate Problems with Packaging Products are rare but occasionally they do happen. Although we are wholesalers and have no control over the manufacturing process if there is a genuine problem we will sort it out provided it is reported by email within 7 days of receipt. Any offers to replace goods or give refunds will not include postage. FEEDBACK.
