Quality Testing:
Our sheets must undergo a rigorous 3 point test of quality before we offer them to you.

1.  Thread Count Test - Thread count is the number of threads per square inch of fabric.  This sheet set has been inspected to verify that it meets or exceeds the stated thread count.  If a sheet falls short, we will not sell it.

2.  Dimensional Test - To make sure our sheets fit properly, we launder them repeatedly and then compare the results to our strict size specifications.  Too much shrinkage and we reject the lot.

3.  Colorfast-ness Test - The color you choose is the color you get! We put our sheets through a series of tests that show the performance of the dyes over time.  Blue stays "blue", pink stays "pink". 

Shipping Policy:

We proudly ship all products using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for US deliveries and Priority Mail for deliveries to outside the US.  All products are shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt.

Terms of Sale and Returns:
All sales are final.  Shipping is not refundable.  Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective item is returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted.  Non-defective returns for credit or exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Upon receipt of your order, please verify the color, size and identify any defects prior to washing, we will not accept washed sheets for return or exchange.
