2. Our cut-off for same day shipping is 3:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are counted as next day orders, or next working day in the case of public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday are treated as Monday (or next working day) orders.

3. We guarantee to dispatch your order by the next working day at worst.
